What if my flight is delayed?+
No action needed on your part. We track your flight in real time. Free waiting starts from actual touchdown — 60 min for commercial airports, 30 min for private aviation. If the delay exceeds that, we stay and inform you.
Do you cover Geneva and Milan airports?+
Yes. We cover Geneva Cointrin (GVA), Milan Malpensa (MXP), Milan Linate (LIN), Turin (TRN), Marseille (MRS) and Lyon (LYS) for clients whose final destination is the Côte d'Azur or PACA region.
Can you serve private jet terminals (FBO)?+
Yes. We serve the private aviation terminals at Cannes-Mandelieu (CEQ), Nice NCE's private terminal, La Môle Saint-Tropez (LTT) and Genoa (GOA). Waiting time for private aviation is 30 minutes from block-off.
What are the rates from Nice NCE to Cannes?+
NCE → Cannes from €65 (E-Class, 3 pax) or €95 (V-Class, 7 pax). NCE → Monaco from €95. NCE → Saint-Tropez from €300. All prices are fixed, include VAT, and are confirmed before booking.
Is there a surcharge for night transfers?+
No. Our pricing is fixed regardless of time of day. A transfer at 3 am costs the same as one at 3 pm. No night premium, no weekend surcharge.
