Cannes and Monaco are separated by 55 km on the A8 motorway, or 72 km along the coastal road. A private chauffeur transfer takes between 50 and 70 minutes depending on traffic — or up to 1h30 along the Mediterranean, for clients who wish to make the journey itself part of the experience.
Cannes Limo Service operates this corridor year-round. Our chauffeurs know every route variation, every access point, and the conditions that can turn a 55-minute transfer into two hours of gridlock.
Two routes, two experiences
Via the A8 (55 km, 50–70 min): the efficient option. Ideal for clients with a precise schedule — private flight, business meeting, gala dinner. The Monaco-Est or Beausoleil exit reaches the principality without crossing Nice.
Coastal road (72 km, ~1h30): the scenic route. Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap-Ferrat, Beaulieu-sur-Mer — for clients who turn the journey into a discovery. This route is often requested for unscheduled afternoons or flexible arrivals.
Pick-up points and possible stops
We collect from anywhere in Cannes: Hôtel Martinez, Hôtel Majestic, Port de Cannes, Casino de la Croisette, or directly from Nice Airport NCE (combined departure available).
On the coastal route, stops are available on request: Èze (panorama at 429 m above the Mediterranean), Villefranche-sur-Mer (old town and colourful harbour), Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. In Monaco: drop-off at Port Hercule, Casino Monte-Carlo, Palais Princier, or anywhere in the principality.
Monaco Grand Prix 2026 — planning ahead
The Monaco Grand Prix 2026 takes place on June 5, 6 and 7. From Friday morning, the principality closes virtually its entire internal road network. Standard routes can double in duration — or worse.
Our chauffeurs have mastered the alternative access points (Fontvieille side, Beausoleil entrance, route via La Turbie) and the authorised drop-off zones during race weekend. Booking recommended 3 months before the Grand Prix — slots are consistently full before the end of March.
