Are the prices fixed?

The booked price is guaranteed to remain the same as quoted at the time of reservation as long as no alteration has been made to the itinerary after the reservation has been made. Any alterations made to the journey itinerary after the reservation has been made will be charged accordingly. Extra journeys or duties requested by clients on the day, where possible, will be charged at the hourly rate. 

Will the driver wait for me?

We understand that third-party circumstances may not allow you to reach the pickup location on time. This is why we provide a free waiting time service.

AIRPORT PICKUPS
The first 60 minutes of waiting time are included in the hire price and start from the moment the plane has landed. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the journey.

ALL OTHER PICKUP LOCATIONS
The first 15 minutes of waiting time are included in the hire price and start from the booked pick-up time, even if your driver arrived early. If you request your driver to wait, the next 15 minutes will be charged at 1€ per minute. Thereafter, the waiting time will be charged at our hourly rate based on our current tariff at the time of the journey.

What if I miss my flight?

If the client fails to arrive at his/her collection point No Refund will be issued. We will always try to make contact with the Client or the Booking contact before the driver is instructed to leave.

Can I cancel my booking?

If a booking is canceled within 4 hours of the requested pick-up time we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey. If however, the pick-up location necessitates the car being despatched more than four hours before the pick-up time we again reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.

If the passenger does not appear and makes contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.

Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking, we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.

Is it allowed to smoke inside the car?

Cannes Limo Service operates a strict No Smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Is my animal allowed to travel with me?

Animals are allowed in our vehicles but must be declared at the time of booking.

How to book an airport transfer from Nice airport?
