Nice to Cannes transfer: the most requested route on the French Riviera
33 kilometres. That is the distance between Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and La Croisette. By private chauffeur, expect 30 to 45 minutes outside peak season — and up to 75 minutes in July and August, when traffic on the A8 motorway reaches its peak.
Each year, 14 million passengers pass through NCE, France's 3rd busiest airport. A significant proportion have Cannes as their final destination: film festivals, palace hotels, yachts, corporate events. This is why the Nice → Cannes route is, by far, our most frequent mission.
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: two terminals, one meeting point
Nice NCE has 2 separate terminals. Terminal 1 handles international flights (non-Schengen). Terminal 2 serves domestic and intra-Schengen flights.
When booking, simply provide your terminal or flight number — we automatically identify your arrival point. Your chauffeur awaits you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name, without any searching required on your part.
Waiting time is complimentary for 60 minutes after the effective landing time. If your flight is delayed, our real-time flight tracking system automatically updates your chauffeur's schedule. You never pay for waiting caused by a flight delay.
Why not a taxi, bus or train?
Alternatives exist. Here is why they do not suit every traveller.
Taxi: available at terminal exits, but without flight tracking. If your plane is delayed, the taxi has left. Fixed fares are not guaranteed either — the meter can vary during peak season.
Bus: Line 210 connects the airport to Cannes in at least 1h30. With luggage, in July heat, that is a different conversation.
Train: there is no direct NCE → Cannes connection. You must change at Nice-Ville or take the TGV (expensive, limited departures). With suitcases, the rail option quickly becomes impractical.
